Additionally, for solo creators or run-and-gun documentary filmmakers, the 8.5kg weight and the need for a bulky Junior pin stand may be prohibitive. In those cases, a lightweight flexible LED mat or a smaller 1x1 panel would offer better portability. Finally, if the production only requires standard daylight or tungsten light and does not need RGB color or special effects, a simpler bi-color panel would provide similar output at a lower complexity, avoiding the menu-diving associated with full color-tunable fixtures.
